Gqibelo is a popular motivational speaker, particularly for youth, development and women related issues. This is informed by the unusual balance of her professional training in banking, her passion and heart for development work and almost quixotic enthusiasm and belief that there can be a better tomorrow for all.

2.    MC and Function hosting
Gqibelo has wide experience in hosting various sizes and types of functions, from being the presenter/host of youth festivals to being MC at small Women's breakfast meetings to being a host at formal corporate dinners and functions. She is an engaging, well informed and entertaining presenter, able to host for functions/events irrespective of their size, audience and purpose.

3.    Radio personality
Gqibelo was a host on Talk radio 702 and 567 Cape Talk where she presented the show Overnight Live, every Tuesday morning from midnight to 4am. She was also a regular voice on the week day Early Breakfast show, 4am - 6am.
